Q: When will my package be delivered?

A: Please see our Shipping Page for more information. Shipping may be delayed during the holiday season. 

 

Q: How can I tracking my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email/text. You will then be able to track your order with the given tracking information. Reminder once the tracking number is sent 11 Roses Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

Q: I have purchased the wrong size, what can I do?

A: We do accept returns/exchanges. Please refer to the Refund Policy page located at the bottom of our website. 

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once they have been confirmed and fulfilled.
